Dodge just announced that its Direct Connection internal tuning sub-brand will make a return in 2022, aiming at offering fans of the brand everything they need for customizing and improving their cars. According to Dodge, Direct Connection is back and eager to assist Dodge muscle car enthusiasts in getting the most out of their vehicles.
The announcement should be exciting for Dodge fans, with new “Tuner” and “Stage” kits to improve power, as well as a variety of parts for both road and racing purposes being introduced. Dodge is calling Direct Connection an essential milestone in its future goals as part of its “Never Lift” series of enthusiast-focused announcements. Late in the first quarter of 2022, ordering books for Direct Connection parts will open, and components will be available through Dodge’s “Power Brokers” dealer network, which will open in late Q1 2022.
“Direct Connection will continue its rollout next year with a lineup of 200-plus parts, and with a network of Dodge Power Brokers dealers trained and equipped to help enthusiasts take that performance to the next level,” said Dodge brand CEO Tim Kuniskis.

Owners of Challenger Hellcat and Redeye versions will have various tuning choices thanks to Direct Connection. This contains pre-stage performance kits, a Stage 1 kit that boosts Redeye performance to 840 HP and Hellcat performance to 757 HP, and a Stage 2 kit for the Redeye that boosts power to 885 hp. For the Redeye model, the company also sells cylinder heads, 41-spline half shafts, driveshafts, diff assemblies, driveline kits, torque converter kits, high-flow air boxes, and piston and rod assemblies.
In the meantime, the Challenger Hellcat gets a widebody fender flare and fascia kit, as well as a 2019 Challenger Hellcat hood, front fascia, airbox, and air-catcher intake system. A Challenger illuminated air-catcher headlamp kit and zero camber rear knuckles are also available. A 7.50 body kit, a race driveline kit, a RaceTech base seat kit, a race suspension kit, an engine controller kit, graphics, and more will be available through Direct Connection.
The tuning arm of Dodge will also offer five crate engines, the most powerful of which is the 1,000 horsepower Hellephant. By downloading the e-catalog, you can look over all of the parts.
